The Construction Engineer Dispatch segment is engaged in the dispatching of construction management engineers to construction sites and computer-aided design (CAD) operators. The Engineer Dispatch segment is engaged in dispatching engineers to the information technology (IT) and manufacturing industry, and contract development of software.
