YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation announced that it with Sun Tze, the mayor of Harbin, the 12 million population capital of Heilongjiang province in NorthEast China, has agreed on a definitive timetable for the Nordic Sport Town real estate project. The building has been agreed to commence on May 1, 2020 Under the earlier signed framework agreement, YuuZoo will plan and manage the development a 85 hectares large river-fronting area of land. The land is located on a prime upmarket new development area earmarked by the local Harbin government for high-end residential, commercial, tourism, education and sports developments. The project integrates YuuZoo's wide area of eServices ineCommerce, ePayments, Social Networking and eManagement. The master plan that YuuZoo has developed for the project includes residential properties, hotels, a multipurpose sport arena, commercial real estate, educational facilities, tourism projects and other developments by the river. Due to the trading ban imposed by SGX, YuuZoo has faced major challenges in moving forward with the massive project. The Company has however managed to raise funds which have enabled it to continue the planning and development of the project. Modern real estate makes extensive use of a wide range of the eServices YuuZoo has developed. The downstream integration of the development and management of real estate should enable the Company to generate significant new revenue through control of the entire value chain. The jointventure YuuZoo formed in Harbin with strong local partners has given the Company the required local support and knowhow for the development of the huge Nordic Sport Town. . As IRAS now has returned funds that earlier wrongly were seized from YuuZoo Corporation, the Company can take the required next steps.
