ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (TSE:2491) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,689,990 shares, representing 33.06% of its issued share capital, for ¥11,000 million. The purpose of the program is enhancing the return of profits to shareholders by improving capital efficiency and implement flexible capital policy.

The program will be valid till April 9, 2024. As of December 31, 2023, the company has 32,337,762 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 2,133,238 treasury shares.
