Zalaris' divestment of Leipzig office building for NOK 43 million completed

Zalaris ASA (Zalaris, OSE:ZAL) announces the completion of the sale of its Leipzig office building for EUR 3.7 million (~NOK 43 million). 

The sale that was announced on 14 November has been finalised, generating net cash proceeds of EUR 2.7 million (NOK 31 million) after paying off debt and other costs related to the sale. The sale resulted in a net gain of around NOK 11 million, which will be reported in the first quarter.
