ZALL SMART COMMERCE GROUP LTD, formerly ZALL GROUP LTD., is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the development and operation of shopping malls, management of supply chains, provision of e-commerce services and others. The Company mainly operates through three segments. The Property Development and Related Services segment is mainly engaged in the development and operation of shopping malls. The E-commerce and Financial Services segment is engaged in the provision of financial services including supply chain finance, guarantees, financial leasing, factoring and assets management. The Supply Chain Management and Trading segment is engaged in the operation of trading of agricultural products and non-ferrous metals.
