Zentiva Group, a.s. made an offer to acquire the remaining 6.73% stake in Zentiva S.A. (BVB:SCD) for RON 25.2 million on December 13, 2018. Zentiva Group, a.s. will pay RON 3.7472 per share of Zentiva S.A. The offer will commence on December 18, 2018. The deal has been approved by the Financial Supervision Authority. The offer will end on January 11, 2019. BRD Groupe Societe Generale acted as bookrunner to the transaction. Zentiva Group, a.s. cancelled the acquisition of the remaining 6.73% stake in Zentiva S.A. (BVB:SCD) on December 13, 2019.
