VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

BUSINESS UPDATE

This is a voluntary announcement made by Zhejiang Tengy Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The Group is principally engaged in design, development, manufacturing, installation and sale of environmental pollution prevention equipment and electronic products. For the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019, (i) the Company has entered into new contracts for various new pollution prevention projects in the total amount of approximately RMB259,080,000;

1. the Company has succeeded in the bidding of new tenders in relation to various new pollution prevention projects (pending the contracts to be entered into with the customers) with contracts sum in the total amount of approximately RMB26,430,000; and (iii) the total secured contracts sum (including new contracts already entered into and those pending to be entered into with the customers after the Company has succeeded in the bidding of new tenders) of the Company in the total amount of approximately RMB285,510,000 represented an increase of approximately 34% as compared with the total secured contracts sum for the corresponding period in 2018 in the total amount of approximately RMB212,400,000.
