Yuanxi Zhiyuan No. 3 Private Securities Investment entered into an agreement to acquire 5% stake in Zhejiang Zhongjian Technology Co.,Ltd from Zhongjian Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 120 million.
