Zhuoxin International Holdings Limited Announces the Resignation of Cheung Kwan Hung as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of Each of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of the directors of Zhuoxin International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Cheung Kwan Hung has tendered his resignation as independent non-executive Director and ceased to act as chairman of the audit committee, member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 31 January 2020 due to his personal commitments.
