DIVIDEND NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the directors of ZHL, at a meeting held on the 28th of March 2023, have declared a final dividend of ZWL250 269 677.00 amounting to 13.76 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of the Company at the close of business on Friday, the 21st of April 2023. The last day to trade cum-dividend is the 17th of April 2023 and the dividend ex-date is the 19th of April 2023.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about the 28th of April 2023. The applicable shareholders tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.

Shareholders are requested to submit their banking details to either:-

Or

ZB Transfer Secretaries, 21 Natal Road, First Floor, Avondale,
