QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. is engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration, and development of resource properties. The Company’s properties include the Irgon Lithium Mine Project and two VMS properties, the Rocky Lake and Rocky-Namew, known collectively as the Namew Lake District Project. All of its properties are located in Manitoba. The Irgon Lithium Mine Property consists of about 22 mining claims totaling 11,325 acres located in the prolific Cat Lake-Winnipeg River rare-element pegmatite field of southeast Manitoba. The Rocky Lake Property consists of Rock claims one to 13, 3,190 hectares (ha) and Jaln Claim 256 ha for a total of 3,446 ha. The 100% owned Namew Lake project is located in the Flin-Flon Greenstone belt and is adjacent to the Rocky Lake Property. The property covers over 19,000 ha. The Paleoproterozoic Flin Flon domain contains 31 developed VMS deposits, from which more than 170 million tons of sulfide ore have been mined or are under development.
