Advanced Process Systems Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of semiconductor machineries. The Company operates its business through three segments. The active matrix organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) manufacturing equipment segment manufactures and sells AMOLED equipment include excimer laser annealing (ELA), encapsulation process and laser lift off (LLO) equipment. The Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment segment provides rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment which are primarily used in heat treatment processes, and one drop filling (ODF) equipment which are used to manufacture liquid crystal displays (LCDs). The Other segment provides machinery rental services and sells solar power generation. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets.
