The Registration Statement is being filed to update a registration statement originally filed in 2014. The warrants to purchase 3,215,590 shares have an exercise price of $3.50 and are listed on NASDAQ under the symbol APDNW. In addition, the Registration Statement relates to the sale of common stock to be received by certain selling security holders upon the exercise of warrants sold to investors in a private placement in 2015 and issued to placement agents and underwriters of various offerings by the Company in 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016. These warrants to purchase an aggregate of 1,727,630 shares have exercise prices ranging from $2.53 to $4.30.
