In the latest installment of our 'Meet the Team' series, we spoke with Jeannette Osterhout, Managing Director of Strategy and Planning for Client Service Delivery. She talked about improving the client experience and her five-year outlook. An excerpt of our conversation is below.

How is technology evolving the business?

The first is around the way we interact with clients. It's going to become much more seamless, and self-service oriented. The second is around the solutions that we're able to provide our clients. We have a great platform based strategy that will enable us to reach our clients in different ways and provide them with a variety of different toolsets and insights on that platform.

The third piece is, we will be able to more seamlessly connect between our various groups, and flow data through our systems in new ways. And the last piece is really about the people that we have and the skill sets that we have to be able to operate with new technology.
