Duiven, the Netherlands, June 7, 2018 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the 'Company' or 'Besi') (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC: BESIY - Nasdaq International Designation) reports the following transactions, conducted under Besi's current share repurchase program. On May 4, 2018, a two-for-one stock split was effected for which all share amounts prior thereto have been adjusted.
