BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was EUR 159.64 million compared to EUR 137.72 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 54.9 million compared to EUR 40.15 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.71 compared to EUR 0.51 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.68 compared to EUR 0.5 a year ago.
For the full year, the company reported sales was EUR 578.86 million compared to EUR 722.87 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 177.08 million compared to EUR 240.65 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 2.28 compared to EUR 3.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 2.23 compared to EUR 2.9 a year ago.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Ireland (7.5%), Europe (8.2%), China (35.5%), Malaysia (8.4%), Korea (7.3%), Taiwan (6.5%), Thailand ( 3.6%), Asia/Pacific (11.8%), United States (8.8%) and other (2.4%).
