("Besi" or "the Company"), (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, will release results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 8.00 a.m. Continental European Time (2.00 a.m. New York time).
