China BlueChemical Ltd, formerly China Shipping Petrochemical Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in the production of urea, methanol, phosphate fertilizers and compound fertilizers. The Company conducts its businesses primarily through four segments. The Urea segment is principally engaged in the production and sales of urea. The Phosphate Fertilizers and Compound Fertilizers segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of phosphate fertilizers, including monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and compound fertilizers. The Methanol segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of methanol. The Other segment is principally engaged in port operations and provision of transportation services, trade in fertilizers and chemicals, and production and sales of polyoxymethylene and plastic woven bags.
