Deutsche Telekom museum talk at the Mercedes-Benz Museum: Panel discussion on Mobility of the Future

On 27 April 2018 the Mercedes-Benz Museum will host the Deutsche Telekom museum talk on Mobility of the Future. Well-known personalities from the fields of politics, business and research will be discussing this topic from 5.30 pm. Anyone interested can register for this public and free evening event at classic@daimler.com.

Stuttgart. Will the autonomous car become a second office or living room? Will we still have cars of our own in the future, or will we share vehicles? How are cities going to change? In a nutshell, how will the scenarios relating to connected, autonomous, shared and electric driving change our everyday lives at some point in the future? Experts will discuss these issues at the Deutsche Telekom public museum talk 'Mobility of the Future - Connected, Autonomous and Smart', which will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum at 5.30 pm on 27 April 2018. The event will be presented by Birgit Priemer, editor-in-chief of the car magazine 'auto motor und sport'. The panel will comprise:

• Thomas Strobl, Deputy Minister-President and Minister of the Interior, Digitalization and Migration of the German State of Baden-Württemberg
• Ralf Lamberti, Head of Intellectual Property, Trends & Innovation, Daimler AG
• Prof. Michael Decker, Professor of Technology Assessment at the Institute of Philosophy of the KIT (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie), Head of the 'Informatics, Economics and Society' department
• Gabriele Semino, Project Leader WARR Hyperloop, WARR e.V., Technical University of Munich
• Slavko Bevanda, Chief Product Officer, car2go Group GmbH
• Anette Bronder, Head of the Security and Digital Division at Deutsche Telekom

Guests at the museum talk will also be able to experience the topic of digitalization live during the event, for example with a trip through digital worlds with a hang-glider, with 'Hololens' VR glasses or a virtual 360 degree basketball experience.
