Result of Annual General Meeting
Digital Barriers (AIM: DGB) the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, announces that following the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today at Cargo Works, 1-2 Hatfields, London, SE1 9PG, all resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands. The number of proxies received in respect of each resolution were as follows:
