Allotment of shares

Digital Barriers (AIM: DGB) the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, announces that it has today approved the issue of 23,785 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') (the 'New Ordinary Shares'). The New Ordinary shares are issued to an individual within the Group in respect of a bonus payable to him for the year ended 31 March 2016.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 August 2016.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 165,130,024. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTRs'), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 165,130,024 Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). There are no shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Digital Barriers under the DTRs.
