Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors in the meeting No. 10/2017 held on September 22, 2017 acknowledged the resignation of the directors and appointed new directors replacing the resigned ones and the appointment of President, with effect on October 1, 2017 as follows:

1. That the resignation of Mr. Chanin Chaonirattisai from being a director, and Acting President was acknowledged ;

1. That Mr. Jakgrich Pibulpairoj was appointed as a director, the President and a member of Investment Committee and Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee to succeed Mr. Chanin Chaonirattisai;

2. That the resignation of Mr. Pongstorn Kunanusorn from being a director and a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee was acknowledged ;

The nominating procedure has followed transparency guidelines and adhered to the guidelines of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
