Finmeccanica : will be at "IO Lavoro". To foster dialogue between young people and companies

The selection of the young people who will be hired in the Group companies in Italy within the "1000 giovani" project goes on. Simultaneously, after the sign of Memorandum of Understanding which ratified the cooperation between Finmeccanica and the main institutional Italian players to foster youth employment, the Group started concrete actions to increase in value and not waste the heritage of over 56.600 applications gathered, promoting the demand - supply encounter at local level.

These actions will benefit the young generations: thanks to this operation, in fact, over 3.000 CVs will be shared with the aerospace supply chain through the cooperation with the employment services.

The plan consists of different actions focused on territories, starting from Piemonte region: on April 9, in fact, Finmeccanica will participate in the job fair "IO Lavoro", which will take place in Torino with the aim of promoting the dialogue between young people searching for a job and companies.

And the Group, which will be present in the "House of Welfare", the Minister of Labor's stand, will invite 300 among the young people from Piemonte who sent their application for "1000 giovani", giving them the opportunity to meet some of the Aerospace Technological District's companies which took part in the initiative.

Soon these 300 boys and girls will receive a mail with all the useful information to participate in the event, where they will also be able to meet some of the people already hired by the Group companies, in the frame of  the "1000 giovani" project.
