Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("WSE" "Company"), informs about Resolutions No. 385/2015 adopted by the WSE Management Board on 28 April 2015 asserting the admission of 28,000 (twenty eight thousand) ordinary series B bearer shares of the WSE at par value 1.00 zł (one zloty each) to be traded on the exchange.
Pursuant to the § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolved to introduce as of 30 April 2015 the above indicated shares of the Company by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market, conditional on the registration of the series B shares and their coding as "PLGPW0000017" by the Central Securities Depository of Poland on 30 April 2015.
Legal basis: § 34.1.(2,3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
