The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW" or "Company") announces that in view of the forthcoming redemption date of GPW bonds with a floating interest rate, marked with the ISIN code PLGPW0000033 ("Bonds"), scheduled for 2 January 2017, the Company is opening consultations with potential investors in order to analyse the terms and conditions under which the Company could potentially issue long-term bonds with a fixed interest rate to refinance the Bonds. The issue under consideration by the Company would be carried out pursuant to Article 33(2) of the Act on Bonds of 15 January 2015 and it would not be a public offering within the meaning of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
