The Warsaw Stock Exchange ('GPW', 'Company', 'Exchange') informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 30 November 2016 dismissed the following members of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board from its composition:
Ms Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka
Mr Jacek Lewandowski
Mr Adam Miłosz
Then, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed the following persons to the Exchange Supervisory Board:
Mr Wojciech Nagel
Mr Wojciech Sawicki
Mr Łukasz Świerżewski
The Company provides the CV of appointed Supervisory Board members as the attachment.
According to the statements provided by: Mr Wojciech Nagel, Mr Wojciech Sawicki and Mr Łukasz Świerżewski, they do not perform in any form any activities competitive to the GPW, they are not engaged in a competitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and they are not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newly appointed members of the Exchange Supervisory Board, they do not have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5.1 (21, 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services.
