of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
of September 28th, 2016

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, in accordance with § 131a Section IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, and in connection with the current report of the POWSZECHNA KASA OSZCZĘDNOŚCI BANK POLSKI S.A. no. 34/2016 of June 30th 2016, hereby announces, that due to the fact of conditional determination of the dividend record date, and due to the fact that the deadline for adopting Bank's Management Boards' resolution on confirmation Performance of Dividends Conditions or failure in Performance of Dividend Conditions is December 9th 2016, the provisions of Section 4, Chapter 13, Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system will not apply.
Taking under consideration the above, the WSE will not perform calculation of parameters of the WIG20TR, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-banki indices of which POWSZECHNA KASA OSZCZĘDNOŚCI BANK POLSKI S.A. is a participant.
In accordance with the current report no. 34/2016 of June 30th, 2016 of POWSZECHNA KASA OSZCZĘDNOŚCI BANK POLSKI S.A in case of Performance of Dividend Conditions:
1) dividend record date will be September 30th 2016 r.
2) dividend payment date will be December 20th 2016 r.
