Resolution No. 833/2016
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 11 August 2016
amending Resolution No. 472/2012 of the Exchange Management Board
dated 21 May 2012 (as amended)

Pursuant to § 20(4) of the Exchange Articles of Association, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

§ 1

The Appendix to Resolution No. 472/2012 of the Exchange Management Board dated 21 May 2012 (as amended) 'Specific rules of construction and publication of the WIG-CEE index' shall be amended as follows:

1) Point II.5 shall be replaced by the following:

'5. Companies which are specially marked according to § 3.1 of Division 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP System or according to § 150.1 of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules may not be entered into the list of Index Participants.';

2) point II.6(2) shall be replaced by the following:

'2) the NC Alert segment.'.

§ 2

The consolidated text of the Appendix to Resolution No. 472/2012 of the Exchange Management Board dated 21 May 2012 'Specific rules of construction and publication of the WIG-CEE index' incorporating the amendments referred to in § 1 is attached hereto.

§ 3

1. This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of adoption, subject to sub-paragraph 2.

2. The amendment referred to in § 1(2) of this Resolution shall be effective as of the quarterly revision on 16 December 2016. Until the date of such revision, those companies which are not entered into the list of WIG-CEE Index Participants as a result of the quarterly revision on 16 September 2016 or are removed from the list according to the existing regulations shall not be on the list of WIG-CEE Index Participants.
