The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on October 27, 2016 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG and WIG-Poland indices portfolios:
4,427,000 shares of STELMET company (ISIN PLSTLMT00010) will supplement the above mentioned portfolios;
shares of PRESCO company (ISIN PLPRESC00018) will be removed from the above mentioned indices.
STELMET company's shares were introduced to trading on the GPW Main List on October 25, 2016 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices.
PRESCO company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.
