Grand Perfecta, Inc. is engaged in the business of gathering, publishing and disseminating horse racing information and other content related to horse racing in Japan and the Japanese horse racing industry. The Company's operations are conducted in Japan through its subsidiary, LinkBit Consulting Co, Ltd. (LinkBit). As of July 31, 2016, LinkBit had nine Websites that it owns and operates through its various subsidiaries. The Company's primary business is the delivery through the Internet and by phone to users and other consumers in Japan and Hong Kong of information on horse racing and then convert those users to paying customers for enhanced services.
