Inapa has updated its Code of Conduct in order to reflect the latest legislative changes and good practices of Corporate Governance. The new Code of Conduct will be a consultation tool that all employees can use.

The Code presents the guidelines in terms of principles that must be respected (integrity, respect, transparency and compliance) an how everybody should behave with different stakeholders (colleagues, company, business partners and community).

It tries to identify the main risk situations to which employees may be subject, in order to clarify any doubts about what kind of behavior may be classified as undesirable or less ethical.
