Under the terms of this agreement, SC has committed to a minimum order of 450 Smart Antennas and Smart Players commencing October 1, 2014, to be paid for in advance at $660 each. Exclusivity continues for as long as the reseller purchases the minimum initial quantities with increases in each of the following years.
