DALLAS, Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 74 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 3, 2013 to stockholders of record on December 7, 2012.

2012 marks the 40th consecutive year that Kimberly-Clark has increased its dividend and the 78th straight year it has paid a dividend to shareholders.
