At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of KSB Aktiengesellschaft appointed Dr Stephan Jörg Timmermann additional member of the Board of Management of KSB Aktiengesellschaft with effect from 13 November 2017. Dr Timmermann will take over the function of a Chairman ("Vorstandssprecher"). For many years he had been member of the Board of Management of MAN Diesel & Turbo SE and has most recently been working as an independent consultant.
