Landstar System, Inc., a worldwide, asset-light provider of integrated transportation management solutions delivering safe, specialized transportation services, has named Pauline Laslett-Norman and LuAnn Holder Employees of the Month.
Laslett-Norman works out of the Jacksonville, Florida, service center as a Log Compliance Representative. Laslett-Norman was nominated for regularly going above and beyond to assist her team members. Business Capacity Owners and employees who work with Laslett-Norman say she goes beyond delivering good customer service, with the care and attention she gives to everyone.
Holder is a Billing, Auditing and Collection Analyst for the Government Processing department in Landstar's Rockford, Illinois, service center. Holder was nominated for her dedication to getting tasks done in a timely manner. Landstar agents and Holder's colleagues say her determination and persistence make her a valuable member of the Landstar team.
Landstar President and CEO Jim Gattoni commended Laslett-Norman and Holder for their outstanding contributions to Landstar.
