Cleveland - Lincoln Electric introduces the Aspect 375, a new flagship TIG welding power source for the advanced professional fabrication market. Designed to meet the most stringent quality demands of the aerospace, motorsports, shipbuilding, education and fabrication industries, the Aspect 375 is intended for use on critical welding applications subject to the most rigorous testing requirements, including X-ray analysis.
This constant-current stick and TIG machine provides for a TIG output range of 2 to 375 amps (single-phase range is de-rated to 2 to 250 amps) and is rated at 330 amps at 40 percent duty cycle, and 300 amps at 60 percent duty cycle.
Three design focus areas help to deliver a precise welding arc. First, refined and confirmed through extensive customer testing at all stages of development, the Aspect 375 delivers superior arc stability at all amperage levels. Second, the AC Auto-Balance® technology simplifies operation by automatically adjusting cleaning and penetration levels during aluminum welding. Third, the Aspect 375 features Intellistart™ technology, which can be activated to automatically control arc starting intensity for "soft" arc starting on thin materials and hotter arc starting characteristics required for thicker materials.
The Aspect 375 also features four AC Wave Shape controls, providing full customization of the bead profile for aluminum welding. A TIG Pulser helps minimize material distortion when welding on thin materials. With both automatic and manual override, the Aspect 375 delivers both customization and simplicity in a single power source.
The Aspect 375 is available as a standalone machine or as a Ready-Pak®, which includes a cart, cooler, torch, foot pedal, and all necessary cables and other accessories.
