São Paulo, February 25, 2016- Marisa Lojas S.A.(BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3 BZ), announces today the results for the fourth quarter of 2015 (4Q15).

Highlights:

  • Retail Net Revenue fell 9.1%;
  • Gross Margin with decline of 430 bps, reaching 44.7%;
  • Consolidated EBITDA reduced in 25.6%;
  • New Retail SG&A gain presented a nominal reduction of 8.2%;
  • Cash from Operations reached record level of R$ 290.8 million in 2015;
  • Continuous improvements in Inventories level with reduction of 11.5%;
  • Private Label delinquency declined 12.0% in 2015, in line with portfolio reduction.
