Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO:6503) announced today that it has signed a technical license agreement with Asia General Transformer Co., Ltd. (AGT) to supply the Myanmar-based manufacturer with design and supervisory technical support for the production of 100MVA 230/66kV oil-immersed core-form transformers.

Mitsubishi Electric will provide electrical design documents, technical assistance, technical training and consultation to enable AGT to manufacture the transformers.
