This 5th edition was an opportunity to present one of the main levers of the Orange Group's diversification strategy: Orange Bank, an innovative, 100% mobile banking offer. Stéphane Richard also unveiled a dozen additional innovations, including the multiservice virtual assistant Djingo, the virtualisation of the Livebox, and the sound bar designed by Orange together with prestigious partners.
Stéphane Richard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orange, commented: 'The Show Hello is now an established event in the French digital industry. I am proud to be able to highlight, once again, the innovative force within Orange. An innovative force we wish to be firmly focused on the human, accessible to all, and in consequence, a source of progress.'

Orange Bank: a new 100% mobile player

Orange unveils today the Orange Bank offer, a bank conceived by digital experts which focuses on its customers' uses. The user manages his/her bank accounts and services easily and instantaneously from the Orange Bank mobile application: mobile payments, bank transfers by SMS, real-time account balance, the temporary suspension of the debit card from the app, or help from the virtual assistant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At Orange Bank, 100% of the transactions and interactions between the customer and the bank can be carried out from the customer's mobile phone.
The Orange Bank offer will be available in France for Orange employees from mid-May and for the general public from 6 July 2017. Customers can subscribe directly from the mobile application, online, or in one of Orange's 140 certified stores. Innovative and specifically designed for mobile uses, the offer will provide customers from launch with a bank account, a debit card, overdraft protection and an interest-bearing savings account.

Virtualisation of the Livebox

As conceived by Orange, virtualising the Livebox means transferring some of the services and functionalities from the box to remote servers in the network, enabling users to access them and manage them from wherever they are. Designed for both individuals and professionals (SOHOs and independent professionals), this innovation was developed to eliminate material constraints, allowing data, technical resources and services to be shared from one Livebox to another through a secure Orange connection.

Djingo, the multiservice virtual assistant

Djingo is the virtual assistant created by Orange. It enables interaction with all content and services within the Orange ecosystem, whether this is to navigate the Orange TV service, to manage one's connected home or even to answer a question. Available from certain Orange applications or from the remote control of the most recent TV decoder, Djingo also has its own speaker and can be controlled by voice or text. Djingo learns from users through artificial intelligence so that it can give them the most appropriate response.

The sound bar

Orange wants to bring a unique audio experience to customers of its Fibre offers and the latest TV decoder so that they can feel the full impact of Dolby Atmos sound. To do this, Orange partnered with Dolby and the French manufacturer Cabasse, two leaders in the acoustic field, to develop an immersive sound bar with 180 watts of power and a subwoofer at a very attractive price.
