Plant Health Care signs Distribution
Agreement with TH Agri-Chemicals, Inc.
Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel biological products to global agriculture markets, announces that it has signed a distribution agreement with TH Agri-Chemicals, Inc., (TH Ag) for the use of Plant Health Care's (PHC) proprietary Harpin αβ protein technology for foliar application in Specialty crops in the Central US. Commercial terms were not disclosed.
Under this agreement,TH Ag will distribute Harpin protein under the private label brand, Messenger ®Gold. The technology is particularly well suited to improve plant health in the specialty crops grown in TH Ag's market area.
