Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) was notified that on 23 May 2017, Richard Webb, Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 106,530 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Richard Webb is beneficially interested in 868,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
