SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. INFORMS ON MANAGER TRANSACTION In accordance with the provisions of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities Code and article 14 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, SDC Investimentos, SGPS, S.A., informs that its directors, António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor of Andrade Santos reported that on June, 27th, 28th and 29th, 2017, 36.000, 9.395 and 26.000 shares of SDC Investimentos, SGPS, S.A. ("SDCI") respectively, have been acquired by Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., company of which they hold all of the share capital. These transactions occurred on the regulated market (Euronext Lisbon) on June, 27th, 28th and 29th, 2017 having the acquired shares a unitary reference value of € 0.027. At the close of business of June, 29th, Investéder held a qualifying holding of 75,573%. Following these transactions, the owners of Investéder - Investimentos, Lda. will hold the voting rights corresponding to the indirect holding of 120.917.521 shares.
