Globalvía Inversiones agreed to acquire SDC Costa Rica from Grupo Soares da Costa SGPS SA (ENXTLS:SCOAE) for €9.33 million on October 25, 2012. Santander Global Banking acted as financial advisor to Globalvía Inversiones in the transaction.
