SDC INVESTIMENTOS INFORMS ON REDUCTION OF QUALIFIED SHAREHOLDING OF PARINAMA

SDC Investimentos, SGPS, SA informs that, received today a communication from Parinama - Participações e Investimentos, SGPS, SA, giving note of the following:

"Under the terms and for the purposes of Articles 16. of the Portuguese Securities Code and 2nd. Regulation of Securities Market Commission 5/2008, Parinama - Participações e Investimentos, SGPS, SA, headquartered at Rua Tierno Galvan - Amoreiras, Tower 3, 3, Fractions "DI", "DJ" and "DK, in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon 1070-274, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon under the sole registration number 509 016 987, with share capital of € 50,000.00, ("Parinama") hereby notifies that now holds a qualified shareholding lower than 2% of the voting rights in the public company SDC - Investimentos, SGPS, SA, formerly Grupo Soares da Costa, SGPS, SA ("SDC" ).

This change resulted from the disposal, through the regulated market (Euronext Lisbon), on March 30, 2016, of 50,000 shares representing the share capital of SDC and respective voting rights, which were held by Parinama.

Please note that, after such transaction, has become attributable to Parinama a qualified shareholding corresponding to 3,150,160 shares representing 1.96885% of the share capital of SDC and the respective voting rights, below the 2% threshold of a qualified shareholding".

The above mentioned voting rights are also attributable to the Mrs. Ana Maria Martins Caetano, with tax number 158 654 137, as the sole owner of Parinama's share capital."
