SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), New York City's largest commercial property owner, today announced that Music Choice has renewed its 52,959 square feet lease covering the entire second floor at 328 West 34th Street, also known as “The Olivia”. Music Choice programs music and produces music-related content for digital cable television, mobile phone and cable modem users.

The Olivia is a 36-story, 493,000 square foot building located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues with a combination of mixed uses, which include commercial space, retail space anchored by an AMC Lowes cinema complex and 333 residential rental units above.

“We are delighted to work with Music Choice on this long-term lease extension,” said Steven Durels, SL Green Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing, who added that “the space benefits from unique features, including a private lobby entrance and exceptional ceiling heights.”
