STARBUCKS CORPORATION Our thoughts are with our Starbucks partners and customers affected by the wildfires that continue to spread throughout California. We are grateful that no partners in the area were harmed as a result.
As part of our support, The Starbucks Foundation will donate $150,000 for relief and recovery efforts. Of that amount, $50,000 will go to the American Red Cross to support immediate relief. We are also encouraging partners and customers to do their part and are instituting a $100,000 matching challenge to raise funds for long-term recovery through the Center for Disaster Philanthropy. The Starbucks Foundation will match up to $100,000 in customer donations done via the Starbucks App or at any of our stores.
