The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (the 'Company'), in supplement to the current report no. 50/2016 of 30 December 2016, publishes the remaining information referred to in § 28 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities (…).

JAN PŁUDOWSKI

Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering of Gdańsk University of Technology, at the University of Economics in Katowice, Department of Enterprise Finance Management and at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Services of University of Szczecin, Department of Marketing and Management in Enterprise.

Professionally associated with the energy sector, he gained his professional experience holding positions at all levels of professional career. He worked, inter alia, at the following positions: Chief Regional Power Engineer (PKP Silesian Regional Directorate of State Railway in Katowice), Director of Railway Energy Department in Katowice and Head of Energy Management Division (PKP Directorate of Railway Energy in Warsaw), Director of the Office for Cash Flows ('PKP Energetyka' sp. z o.o. In Warsaw). He currently acts in the capacity of Director - Project Coordinator at 'PKP Energetyka' S.A. in Warsaw.

In the years 2007-2008 he acted in the capacity of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Company Jastrzębie S.A.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr Jan Płudowski is not involved in any operations competitive towards TAURON Polska Energia S.A., is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or other partnerships, and is not a member of governing bodies of any joint stock company, or a member of governing bodies of any other competitive legal entity.

Moreover, Mr Jan Płudowski also declared that he has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

STANISŁAW BORTKIEWICZ

Graduate of Medical University of Gdańsk (1980-1986), medical doctor, manager, entrepreneur and business adviser with experience gained over the years.

In the years 1985-1989 he successively worked at the scientific and educational position in the Chair of General Anatomy of Medical University of Gdańsk, and later as assistant physician in the hospital in Ostróda. In the years 1991-92 he was the director of the hospital (Health Care Group in Ostróda).

Since 1990 he has been conducting own economic activity and he is the shareholder of economic, commercial, production and service entities.

He has rich experience in the scope of managing large production and service companies as well as in the scope of consulting, training and restructuring activity.

He acted in the capacity of President of the Management Board of large companies many times, including, inter alia:
- Pracownicza Spółka Ursus S.A. (in the years 1994-1997),
- ZPC Ursus S.A. (in the years 1997-2004),
- MPWiK S.A. in Warsaw (in the years 2004-2006),
and
- Director for Strategy and Development at BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A., and subsequently, at PZU S.A. (in the years 2006-2007).

As of 2007 he carried out consulting activity, providing advisory services to many large companies, including inter alia: SSN, Energa, Elektrownia Kozienice, ENEA S.A., PGNiG Termika S.A., PGNiG S.A.

In the framework of his professional activity he carried out many projects in the scope of organisational and financial restructuring of enterprises. The biggest projects include:
- restructuring of ZPC Ursus in the years 1998-2002,
- acquiring of the highest EU subsidy at that time in the amount of EUR 248 million for the reconstruction of Czajka wastewater treatment plant and the water supply and sewage system in Warsaw - in 2005,
- preparation and completion of large investments: the concept of extension of OŚ Czajka in 2005 and commissioning of OŚ Południe in Warsaw in 2006,
- conducting the Effectiveness Improvement Programme in GK PGNiG in the years 2014-2016.

Since February 2016 he has been acting in the capacity of Director of Office for Corporate Affairs in Telewizja Polska S.A.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr Stanisław Bortkiewicz is not involved in any operations competitive towards TAURON Polska Energia S.A., is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or other partnerships, and is not a member of governing bodies of any joint stock company, or a member of governing bodies of any other competitive legal entity-.
