Prime Minister David Cameron took time out of his busy pre-election schedule to open the new national headquarters of leading UK property marketing Agency, ThinkBDW Ltd.

The Rt Hon David Cameron MP was at ThinkBDW in Colchester to officially launch the Conservative Party's plans for 200,000 new starter homes exclusively for first-time buyers under 40.

ThinkBDW CEO Robert Day welcomed the Prime Minister, other VIP guests and the media to the offices in Wyncolls Road.

The Prime Minister officially launched the Conservative Party's five-point manifesto theme on housing to: "Build a Britain where everyone who works hard can have a home of their own". The measures include extending the Help to Buy scheme until 2020 and a commitment to build more affordable homes including at least 200,000 new starter homes exclusively for first-time buyers under 40.

During a tour, the Prime Minister tried state-of-the-art touch screen tables utilising ThinkBDW digital images to help prospective buyers see what their new home will look like.

After operating the computer-generated fly-throughs, maps and digital brochures, Mr Cameron said: "It is a beautiful piece of technology".

Robert Day said: "It was a pleasure to welcome the Prime Minister to our national headquarters and to host his important speech on house building."

ThinkBDW is part of The Mission Marketing Group plc (the missiontm), the national marketing communications and advertising group including April Six, bigdog, Bray Leino, Proof Communication, RLA, Robson Brown, Solaris, Speed Communications, Splash Interactive and Story.
