Two years after its acquisition by award-winning global technology marketing Agency April Six, part of the mission, specialist PR consultancy Proof Communication is rebranding to become AprilSix Proof.

The Agency's new identity reflects the successful integration of services between the two businesses and the incredibly positive response from Clients to the new opportunities this has created.

Prior to acquisition, April Six and Proof were already providing complementary services into the same sectors. It became clear to both leadership teams that combining their capabilities into a single approach would deliver greater impact by creating a powerful connection between Clients' PR and marketing activities.

The two Agencies are now working as a single unit, disrupting the market with a truly integrated approach to communication specifically designed for the technology, science and engineering sectors.

Fiona Shepherd, April Six CEO, said: 'The acquisition of Proof Communication was always driven by a desire on both sides to create an integrated approach to marketing and PR that was specifically designed to fit the unique needs of the industries we serve.

'This has proved very attractive and has already enabled us to deliver many truly connected programmes that increase the impact of Clients' investment in their outreach strategies. As we have brought our services closer together it has become apparent that bringing the brands closer together also makes a lot of sense.'

The existing Proof Communication team, led by International Managing Director Richard Moss and UK Managing Director Jim Sutton, will remain unchanged. As a result of the rebrand AprilSix Proof will adopt a new brand identity that embodies its part in the April Six family and which better reflects the incredibly effective relationship between the two Agencies.

Today's announcement coincides with AprilSix Proof's move to new London offices within the headquarters of the mission at 36 Percy Street, London, W1T 2DH.
