With the related public disclosure, it was announced that a case has been filed against Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş (İşbank) by Yasemin Kızıltaş (who is represented by her guardian Gürkan Gözükan), Hüsamettin Gözükan and Alaettin Gözükan through their lawyer for the determination of nullity of the resolutions regarding capital increases made at İşbank's General Meetings dated 1982, 1991, 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.

It was decided to dismiss the file in the last trial of the case. In the following period, revival of the case was not requested by plaintiff in due time. The case has been deemed unfiled by the Court. As the Bank and the plaintiff have not appealed to the Supreme Court, the decision has become final.
